Four individuals were arrested in Harrisburg on February 13 in connection with a shooting that occurred earlier that morning in Concord, N.C. Police responded to a shooting on Alberta Court, near Old Charlotte Road, at approximately 10 a.m. and found a victim who was taken to the hospital.
