CABARRUS COUNTY, N.C. — The North Carolina State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal hit-and-run that occurred early Sunday morning on Zion Road near NC 49. At approximately 4:45 a.m., troopers responded to the scene where 39-year-old Uriel Nava Hesiquio was found deceased. Investigators have released a photo of a vehicle they believe may be connected to the incident and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
The suspect vehicle is described as a white sedan, and authorities are asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has information about the vehicle to contact the North Carolina State Highway Patrol at 704-855-1047.
